The pricing fits into 2 categories:

“Off Peak”

You can rent the house during off-peak times (outside of standard NSW school holidays), for $100 per night + $50 cleaning fee*,  or $600 per week (7 nights) with cleaning fee included.

“On Peak”

You can rent the house during NSW school holiday periods for $150 per night + $50 cleaning fee*, or $1000 per week (7 nights) with cleaning fee included.

Conditions

Booking fee of 50% required up front, balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to booking.

The cleaning fee is a “once per booking” fee, so whether you say for 1 night, or more, you only pay the fee once.

Minimum booking is 2 nights.
